Friday, April 24th - We will have Open Gym from 5am-8pm. Come check out the facility, meet the team, and get in a workout!
Saturday, April 25th - CT Fletcher is bringing Iron Wars to Idaho! Events include 1 Rep Max and Max Reps for squat, bench, and deadlift! Registration is open NOW for Athletes and Spectators! REGISTER HERE
